Pricelist

The price includes:

• Accommodation, bed linen and towels,
• utilities - water, electricity, wood for the fireplace,
• parking space on the property,
• final cleaning,
• free wi-fi,
• possibility to use the fireplace and grill in the garden. 

General conditions of stay and booking:

• Minimum length of stay - 2 days.
• Smoking is forbidden in the house.
• You can visit us with animals, but please inform us in advance.
• Check in from 16.00 - the day of arrival, check out by 11.00 - the day of departure, but we can be flexible if it doesn't interfere with the arrival of other Guests.
• Reservation is made for 72 hours by phone or e-mail. By that time we ask our Guest to pay the downpayment of 30% of the total cost of the stay. Once the amount is at our account (which we confirm by e-mail) reservation is confirmed.
• In case of cancellation earlier than 30 days before the date of arrival, the downpayment is fully reimbursable. Otherwise the downpayment in not reimbursable.
• The rest of the payment (total costs minus the downpayment) should be paid the day of arrival - cash, or before the arrival - to the Potoczowka bank account.
• Barbecue and fires are forbidden in the areas not dedicated.
• Guests are responsible to maintain the order in the apartment during the stay.
• After 22.00 the Guests are requested to behave in the way our neighbors still like us.
• We accept domestic animals (it requires an information in anticipation). The Guests visiting Potoczowka with animals are obligated to ensure an adequate care and control aver the animals to garantee other Guests safety and comfortable stay.
